About Porcelanosa

Porcelanosa is a Spanish tile maker known for architectural wall tiles and large formats. Our selection focuses on tall, textured wall tiles for bathrooms and kitchens, plus floor and wall series for whole-room projects.

Large wall tiles in 596 x 1500 mm

Most of our Porcelanosa range is 596 x 1500 mm, a tall format that covers a bathroom wall with very few joints.

  • Stone effect: Hannover Bone and Hannover Topo, plus the Liston Hannover Bone Topo design.
  • Concrete effect: Terra Bone, Santorini Bone and the textured Line Terra Bone.
  • Marble effect: Taranto Marfil, a warm cream marble look.
  • Wood effect: Gent Roble, a timber look for walls.
  • Mosaic effect: Nantes Mosaico Caliza, a stone mosaic look in one large tile.

Texture and pattern

Many of our Porcelanosa tiles have a 3D textured face. The Treccia range is a basketweave texture in Blanco and Natural, with Treccia Deco Natural adding a floral detail. Line Terra Bone has a linear, ribbed surface. Textures look best with light grazing across them, such as a wall light above a vanity or a skylight over a shower. Floor and wall series

Bottega, Coral, Durango, Lamu and Vela are floor and wall series for bathrooms and living areas, and Limit is a ceramic wall tile. Other sizes in the range include 596 x 596, 450 x 1200, 596 x 1200 and 800 x 800 mm. Colours stay in a calm palette of cream, bone, white, beige and grey, so tiles from different series sit together easily.

Planning with Porcelanosa

Large wall tiles need a flat wall and an experienced tiler, and we suggest 20 percent wastage on large formats. FAQs

Why choose a 596 x 1500 mm wall tile?

A tall format covers a wall with far fewer grout lines, which looks cleaner and is easier to keep clean in a shower. It also makes a small bathroom feel larger and calmer.

Are Porcelanosa wall tiles ceramic or porcelain?

Many of our Porcelanosa wall tiles are ceramic, which is lighter and well suited to walls. Some floor and wall series are porcelain. The product page lists the material and whether each tile suits floors.

How do I clean textured wall tiles?

Use a soft brush or microfibre cloth with a mild, pH-neutral cleaner, and rinse well so no residue sits in the texture. In a shower, a quick squeegee after use helps stop soap building up in the grooves.

Can Porcelanosa tiles be used on a floor?

Some can. The 596 x 1500 mm tiles are made for walls, while series such as Bottega, Lamu and Vela are floor and wall tiles. Check the Room and Slip rating details before you use a tile underfoot.
