Meir

Meir at Design Tiles

Meir is an Australian tapware brand best known for its matte black, and its designs are simple and minimal. Most of the range is offered in a wide set of finishes, so you can match basin mixers, showers, towel rails and robe hooks across one bathroom. Alongside matte black you will find chrome, nickel, gold, bronze and gunmetal tones.

Meir ranges we stock

• Round: Meir's core range and the biggest here. It covers basin mixers, including pinless and curved models, a tall paddle basin mixer, a kitchen mixer, wall mixer and diverter trim kits, curved and swivel spouts, shower roses, combination shower rails and accessories.
• Piccola: a smaller, slimmer profile with a basin mixer, a tall basin mixer with a 130 mm spout and a pull out kitchen mixer.
• Harrington: short and tall basin mixers, a wall mixer trim kit and a combination shower rail set.
• Curvaé: soft, curved accessories, including robe hooks, a guest towel rail, a toilet roll holder and a shower shelf.
• Circular: wall taps for a traditional hot and cold setup.

Showers and in-wall parts

Meir showers include combination rails with 200 mm or 300 mm roses and single or three function hand showers, a gooseneck shower set, separate shower roses and a high-rise shower arm. Many Meir wall mixers are sold as a trim kit with the in-wall body listed separately, so check both before you order. See wall mixers for the bodies and trims together.

Building a Meir bathroom

Start with the basin mixer and shower, then add towel rails, robe hooks and a toilet roll holder in the same finish. Matte black stands out against light tiles, while brushed nickel and gold tones suit warmer stone and timber. Compare the finish range in black tapware or browse every brand in tapware.
