Will every handmade tile look different?
Yes, and that is the point. Expect variation in shade, glaze thickness and edge shape from tile to tile. Mix tiles from several boxes as you lay them so the variation spreads evenly across the wall.
Are handmade tiles harder to install?
They take a little more care. Small differences in size and thickness mean they are usually laid with a slightly wider grout joint than rectified tiles. An experienced tiler will set them so the character shows without looking uneven.
What is the difference between handmade and handmade look tiles?
Handmade tiles are shaped and glazed by hand, so each one is unique. Handmade-look tiles are made in a factory with a wavy glaze and soft edges that copy the look, with more consistent sizes and easier installation.
Can I use handmade tiles on a bathroom floor?
