Returns and Refunds

These conditions apply in addition to, and do not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (see clause 17).

• Requests for returns must be made in writing within 7–14 days of the invoice date, and are subject to the supplier confirming the goods are of the same batch and tone.
• A 25% handling fee based on the purchase price applies to accepted returns.
• All goods must be returned within 14 days, directly to the supplier's warehouse, at the Purchaser's cost.
• Returned items will only be accepted in the same condition as received, in unopened boxes.
• Returns of less than 3m² will not be accepted.
• Returns are not accepted on discontinued lines, sale items, clearance items, or commercial quality products.
• Lighting: no refunds or returns are offered on any lighting products purchased.
• Samples: non-refundable, as set out in clause 5.
• Approved refunds are paid within 30 days of confirmation of the refund, by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) only.
