FAQs
When should I use KF Cement Residue Remover?
Use it after the tiles have been grouted and the grout has set. It removes the thin cement film left on the tile face. It is normally a one-off clean at the end of the job.
Is KF Vitra-Clean safe for everyday use on porcelain?
Yes, it is made for regular cleaning of porcelain and ceramic tiles. Dilute it as the label says and mop as usual. Save the Intensive Cleaner for occasional deep cleans.
Can I use Lithofin KF products on marble?
The KF range is made for porcelain and ceramic, not natural stone. For marble, limestone and travertine, use a cleaner labelled safe for stone. Ask us if you are unsure which one to choose.
My new porcelain floor looks cloudy. What should I use?
A cloudy, dull film on new tiles is usually grout haze or cement residue. A cement residue remover such as KF Cement Residue Remover is made to lift it. Test a small area first and rinse well afterwards.
