Product Description

A round basin whose wall tapers inward to the waste, giving a funnelled inner profile.

The taper drains fast and leaves less standing water than a flat-bottomed bowl.
400 mm across, so it swaps directly with the Bowl or Prism Circle on the same cutout.
Works surface mounted on timber, where the sloped wall catches the light.

Delivery & Pickup

Shipping. Tapware, showers and accessories ship as a parcel Australia-wide, calculated at checkout. Items in stock dispatch within 1–2 business days; brand-direct items (Meir, Caroma, ADP) are typically dispatched within 3–7 business days and we will confirm the ETA on your order.

Click & Collect. Free from our Rockdale showroom — we will email you when it is ready.

Returns & Claims

Check on arrival. Inspect your basin on delivery, before installation. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of anything damaged or incorrect and we will replace it.

Made to order. All Nood Co. products are handmade to order and so are not eligible for change of mind returns. Be sure to check your basin on arrival and contact our team if you require assistance.

Natural variation. Colour variation, pinholing and texture are inherent to hand-cast concrete and are not defects, so they are not grounds for a return.

Warranty claims are handled with Nood Co — keep your order number and the product code. Concrete basins carry a 2 year warranty from the date of delivery.

Installation

All tapware must be installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with AS/NZS 3500 and the brand's installation guide. Every product is WaterMark certified for use in Australia. Check the mounting type, hole size and spout reach against your basin or bath before rough-in, and confirm water pressure is within the brand's stated range (most mixers 150–500 kPa). Wall mixers and diverters are sold as a trim kit plus a separate in-wall body — order both. Keep the packaging until the installation is signed off.

Care & Finish

Clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water only. Do not use chemical-based, acidic, bleach or abrasive cleaners, scourers or rough cloths — they will damage the finish and void the finish warranty. Rinse and dry after cleaning. Aerators and filters should be removed and rinsed regularly; in hard-water areas use a good-quality water softener or filter.

Warranty

Meir. Lifetime replacement on cartridge, product, finish and parts; 12 months labour and ceramic disc spindles.

Caroma. 20 years on tapware (Contura II), parts replacement; see Caroma's warranty terms for labour.

ADP. 15 years cartridge, 7 years body and accessories, 2 years parts and labour.

Warranties cover manufacturing defects when installed by a licensed plumber and cared for as described; they do not cover damage from harsh cleaners, abrasives or incorrect installation.
