Bulky freight. Toilet suites, pans and cisterns are heavy vitreous china and ship as oversized cartons or on a pallet, Sydney metro and Australia-wide, calculated at checkout. A suite can arrive as more than one carton — pan, cistern and seat are packed separately — so check every carton against the packing list. Caroma is brand-direct and typically dispatches within 3–7 business days; we confirm the ETA on your order. Kerbside delivery: please have someone available to help unload.

Seats, buttons and spare parts ship as a parcel and dispatch faster than a full suite.

Click & Collect. Free from our Rockdale showroom — we will email you when it is ready.

Check on arrival. Unpack and inspect the pan, cistern and seat on delivery, before installation — ceramic damage in transit has to be reported before it is fitted. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of anything damaged or incorrect and we will replace it.

Change of mind. Unused toilets in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 30 days; the customer covers return freight and a restocking fee may apply to brand-direct orders. Installed or opened items cannot be returned, so confirm the set-out, trap type and inlet with your plumber before you order.

Warranty claims are handled with Caroma — keep your order number and the product code.

Toilet suites, pans and cisterns must be installed by a licensed plumber in accordance with AS/NZS 3500 and the brand's installation guide, and every suite is WaterMark certified for use in Australia. Before ordering, confirm the set-out against the trap type (Caroma universal trap suits S-trap set-outs of 60–200 mm and P-trap at 185 mm; wall-hung pans are P-trap only), the water inlet position (back entry, bottom inlet or concealed cistern) and the pan height and projection against your room. In-wall (Invisi) suites need the cistern and frame installed at rough-in before the wall is closed. Keep the packaging until the installation is signed off.

Vitreous china. Clean with a mild household detergent or warm soapy water and a soft cloth. Do not use abrasive powders, scourers or harsh chemical cleaners — they dull the glaze.

Toilet seats. Wipe over with a soft cloth and warm soapy water. Plastic seats resist most household products but are not stain proof, so wipe spills off rather than leaving them to sit.

In-cistern blocks. Do not use cleaning or deodorising additives inside the cistern. They attack the inlet and outlet valve seals, and Caroma's warranty does not cover the damage they cause.

Flush buttons and metal trims. Soft cloth and warm soapy water only — the same care as your tapware. No acids, bleach or abrasives on a PVD or chrome finish.

Caroma toilet suites, cisterns and pans. 20 years replacement on product or parts, plus 1 year labour. Inlet and outlet valve washers are covered for 1 year, parts and labour.

Toilet seats. 5 years replacement on product or parts; labour is not covered.

Electronic bidet seats. 2 years on replacement product, parts and labour.

Flush buttons and spare parts. 1 year replacement on product or parts; labour is not covered.
