Product Description

Builders Range Milano Bianco Floor and Wall Tile is a light, stone-look porcelain designed to carry one calm finish right through the home. From kitchen and bathroom to patio and pool surround, its soft, even surface brings a clean, relaxed feel.

It comes in the Bianco colourway, in a Matt finish for interiors and an External finish for outdoor areas. It offers reliable everyday quality and good value for whole-home projects.

The Matt finish comes in 300 x 600 mm for bathrooms, 600 x 600 mm for living areas, and 600 x 1200 and 1200 x 1200 mm for expansive floors. The External finish comes in 600 x 600 mm and 1200 x 1200 mm, plus a 600 x 600 x 20 mm paver for patios, paths and pool areas.

Milano Bianco suits floors and walls indoors and out, including pool surrounds. The Matt 300 x 600 and 600 x 600 mm are rated P3 and the Matt 600 x 1200 and 1200 x 1200 mm are P2. The External 600 x 600 mm and 20 mm paver are P5, and the External 1200 x 1200 mm is P4. As a porcelain it needs no sealing. Care & Cleaning

Clean with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner. Porcelain requires no sealing. Avoid acids, bleach and abrasive pads, which can dull the surface over time.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery. Shipping starts from $10 and is calculated at checkout; distance-based charges are confirmed with our transport partner at the time of order. Orders must be confirmed with a deposit at least 72 hours before a booked delivery.

Unloading. Small orders (under 5 boxes, each under 25 kg) can be hand-unloaded; larger orders, skids and pallets are delivered kerbside only by Hiab crane, so please ensure safe truck access and kerbside space. A $150 redirection fee applies for incorrect or inaccessible addresses.

Interstate & samples. Interstate orders are quoted separately after ordering (up to ~12 business days); samples arrive in 1–5 business days with tracking.

Click & Collect. Prefer to collect? Choose Warehouse Pickup at checkout to collect from our Sydney warehouse in Rockdale once we confirm your order is ready — you'll receive a booking calendar to choose a time. Please check your vehicle's load capacity before collecting; responsibility for the goods passes to you on pickup. Sample click-and-collect orders are held for up to 14 days.

Size, Batching & Samples

Size. Actual tile dimensions may vary slightly within manufacturing standards. Please consider this when planning grout joints and layouts.

Batching. Colour, shade, size and texture may vary between batches. Please contact us when re-ordering to ensure batch consistency.

Samples. Variation in colour, shade and pattern between production runs may occur and is within manufacturing standards.
