Product Description
Spotted Gum Neat Engineered Timber Flooring celebrates the natural beauty and distinctive character of Australian Spotted Gum. Featuring a clean ABC-grade timber veneer, each board displays rich, warm tones and natural grain patterns that bring depth, warmth and visual interest to the interior.
The refined 1900 × 136 mm board format creates an elegant, traditional appearance that works beautifully across cosy living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and spacious open-plan designs. Its micro-bevelled edges provide subtle definition between boards, while the tongue-and-groove profile allows for either glue-down or floating installation.
Constructed with a genuine 3 mm timber wear layer, Spotted Gum Neat combines the appearance of natural hardwood with the improved stability of engineered flooring. Its layered construction helps reduce movement caused by changes in humidity and temperature, providing enhanced durability and long-term performance.

Care & Cleaning
Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove grit that can scratch the finish, and clean with a lightly damp — never wet — mop and a timber-floor cleaner. Avoid solvents, harsh chemicals and standing water. Use felt pads under furniture and doormats at entries, avoid spike heels, and shade floors from prolonged direct sunlight. Keeping indoor humidity between 40–60% helps prevent gapping and cupping.
