Product Description

Soft Stone recreates the quiet look of crosscut stone using high-definition technology, giving floors and walls a calm, natural surface with gentle tonal movement. It is a restrained backdrop that lets timber, joinery and furniture take the lead.

Three colourways keep the palette light and easy to live with: White, Ivory and Grey. Each comes in a Matt finish for interiors and a Grip finish for outdoor and wet areas, with a V2 shade variation for subtle, stone-like movement.

Four sizes let you plan a whole home in one stone look: 600 x 1200 mm for open living areas with fewer grout lines, 600 x 600 mm for kitchens and bathrooms, 300 x 600 mm for walls and showers, and 300 x 300 mm for smaller rooms, shower floors and outdoor paths. Rectified edges allow neat, fine grout joints.

Soft Stone suits interior and exterior floors and walls in residential and commercial projects, including bathrooms, kitchens, laundries, living spaces, patios, balconies and pool surrounds. The range carries a P3 slip rating, and as a porcelain it needs no sealing, keeping care simple. It is a true whole-home solution, carrying one look from the bathroom to the alfresco.

Care & Cleaning

Clean with warm water and a pH-neutral cleaner. Porcelain requires no sealing. Avoid acids, bleach and abrasive pads, which can dull the surface over time.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery. Shipping starts from $10 and is calculated at checkout; distance-based charges are confirmed with our transport partner at the time of order. Orders must be confirmed with a deposit at least 72 hours before a booked delivery.

Unloading. Small orders (under 5 boxes, each under 25 kg) can be hand-unloaded; larger orders, skids and pallets are delivered kerbside only by Hiab crane, so please ensure safe truck access and kerbside space. A $150 redirection fee applies for incorrect or inaccessible addresses.

Interstate & samples. Interstate orders are quoted separately after ordering (up to ~12 business days); samples arrive in 1–5 business days with tracking.

Click & Collect. Prefer to collect? Choose Warehouse Pickup at checkout to collect from our Sydney warehouse in Rockdale once we confirm your order is ready — you'll receive a booking calendar to choose a time. Please check your vehicle's load capacity before collecting; responsibility for the goods passes to you on pickup. Sample click-and-collect orders are held for up to 14 days.

Size, Batching & Samples

Size. Actual tile dimensions may vary slightly within manufacturing standards. Please consider this when planning grout joints and layouts.

Batching. Colour, shade, size and texture may vary between batches. Please contact us when re-ordering to ensure batch consistency.

Samples. Variation in colour, shade and pattern between production runs may occur and is within manufacturing standards.
