Product Description

Steps are where an outdoor floor works hardest, and where detail matters most. The Alice steptread finishes each step in the same red terracotta as the rest of the Alice range, so stairs read as part of one continuous, warm surface rather than an afterthought.

Inspired by Australia's sun-soaked red centre, the red terracotta colour brings old-world charm to gardens and alfresco areas. It sits beautifully with native planting, sandstone retaining walls and weathered timber decking.

Each steptread is 300 x 300 mm with a bullnose front edge and grooved nosing, and is rated P5. It is sold per piece, so you can order exactly what each flight of steps needs. The rounded front edge gives every step a soft, finished profile, while the grooves define the nosing.

Use it on outdoor steps that lead to an Alice terracotta floor. Pair it with the Alice 300 x 300 mm square tile across the terrace and the Alice 60 x 240 mm subway on walls and planters, and the whole outdoor area comes together in one considered palette.

Care & Cleaning

Seal before and after grouting. Clean with a pH-neutral cleaner; avoid acids and harsh detergents.

Delivery & Pickup

Delivery. Shipping starts from $10 and is calculated at checkout; distance-based charges are confirmed with our transport partner at the time of order. Orders must be confirmed with a deposit at least 72 hours before a booked delivery.

Unloading. Small orders (under 5 boxes, each under 25 kg) can be hand-unloaded; larger orders, skids and pallets are delivered kerbside only by Hiab crane, so please ensure safe truck access and kerbside space. A $150 redirection fee applies for incorrect or inaccessible addresses.

Interstate & samples. Interstate orders are quoted separately after ordering (up to ~12 business days); samples arrive in 1–5 business days with tracking.

Click & Collect. Prefer to collect? Choose Warehouse Pickup at checkout to collect from our Sydney warehouse in Rockdale once we confirm your order is ready — you'll receive a booking calendar to choose a time. Please check your vehicle's load capacity before collecting; responsibility for the goods passes to you on pickup. Sample click-and-collect orders are held for up to 14 days.

Size, Batching & Samples

Size. Actual tile dimensions may vary slightly within manufacturing standards. Please consider this when planning grout joints and layouts.

Batching. Colour, shade, size and texture may vary between batches. Please contact us when re-ordering to ensure batch consistency.

Samples. Variation in colour, shade and pattern between production runs may occur and is within manufacturing standards.
