Arncliffe – A Bespoke Entertainer With World-Class Design Instincts
There are homes that are built – and there are homes that are crafted. Arncliffe is the latter: a truly bespoke residence where every tile, tone, and texture has been thoughtfully composed to create a space that feels as indulgent as it is timeless.
Curated by a leading design mind, this home represents the pinnacle of residential refinement – fusing contemporary craftsmanship with classic European influence. From the soft tactility of natural stone to the glow of designer lighting, each detail tells a story of artistry and precision.
A Palette of Stone and Light
At the heart of the home lies a sophisticated material palette anchored by Travertine Soft Stone, a premium porcelain tile that emulates the depth and movement of natural travertine without the upkeep. Flowing from the living areas through to the staircase, it sets the tone for an effortlessly cohesive design language – warm, textured, and enduring.
The cathedral-style ceilingand etheric lightingcreate a sense of grandeur, balanced by tactile surfaces and sculptural detail. The Orion Wall Lights add a refined glow through the hallway, while the Caesar Alabaster & Brass Wall Sconces in the master ensuite cast an ambient light reminiscent of boutique European hotels.
Bathrooms as Works of Art
Each bathroom in 11 Done Street is an individual expression of material harmony – proof that luxury can live in the details.
- Downstairs Bathroom: A fusion of Tufa Vein-Cut Travertine, Sage Green Alhambra Mosaic, and Zellige Natural Subway Tiles brings depth and character to the space, paired with Meir tapware for a refined modern edge.
- Master Ensuite: Layered in Rosa Murcia Tumbled Marble, Travertine Soft Stone, and Zellige Blush, this space achieves a delicate balance between warmth and sophistication. The Caesar Wall Light and Caroma tapwarefinish the look with quiet opulence.
- Upstairs Bathroom: Designed with Viola Stella Cupola Marble Mosaic on the floor and the Tufa Vein-Cut Ivory on the walls, complemented by brushed nickel ABI tapware, creating a timeless, elevated aesthetic.
The Kitchen & Entertaining Spaces
The kitchen is both sculptural and functional – a statement in travertine and texture. The island features our Zellige Taupe and Alhambra Travertine Mosaicconnecting beautifully with the 30mm travertine benchtops, reflecting light and craftsmanship in equal measure.
Flowing from the open-plan living space, the rear terrace and plunge poolevoke a Mediterranean escape. The Gleeze 100×100 tiles in green and beigeare arranged in a playful checkerboard, offset by Kazoku Japanese hand-glazed mosaics along the pool bench — a nod to the art of detail and balance.
A Masterclass in Material Harmony
From the Travertine Soft Stone 3D Lineon the stair wall to the Cosmic 3D Line Pearl tilebehind the master bed, every surface contributes to the home’s textural rhythm. The Tufa X-Cut White porcelaintiles extend the interior palette outdoors, creating a seamless transition to the north-facing terrace.
It’s a home that celebrates form, flow, and finesse– a showcase of how tile, stone, and light can shape the experience of a space.
